个人简介

熊博,教授。2003年本科毕业于清华大学,2007年硕士毕业于清华大学,2013年博士毕业于美国贝勒医学院,2013-2015在美国华盛顿大学从事博士后研究工作,2016起在华中科技大学任教授,2023年起担任华中科技大学同济医学院法医学系系主任。


研究方向

主要研究方向为神经精神发育疾病的致病机制。通过比较大规模患者群体与正常人群的基因组序列及结构差异,筛选神经发育疾病潜在的致病基因与致病突变。构建斑马鱼、小鼠等动物模型,利用行为学,形态学,电生理,神经环路,多组学测序分析等方法研究候选基因的生物学功能,解析发病机制,并探索可能的干预方案。近年来,相关成果发表在Nature GeneticsPNASNature CommunicationsBiological Psychiatry等杂志。
